Doberman Media (including Doberman.media and all affiliated subdomains and projects operating under the Doberman Media network) is an independent NGO registered in Lithuania (EU), supporting Russian-speaking LGBTQ+ people affected by censorship, displacement, and legal precarity in their home countries.

Our work spans information access, human rights advocacy, mental health support, and services for gay, bisexual, and transgender individuals navigating migration and displacement from Russia, Belarus, and other high-risk regions. As censorship and repression intensify, Doberman Media is expanding beyond publishing into direct community infrastructure — safety resources, integration support, and institutional partnerships across the EU.
